Kirsten Bubb CRNP
Kirsten is a highly skilled nurse practitioner with over 12 years of experience specializing in providing comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly. She received her Master's degree from Misericordia University and is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. With a compassionate and patient-centered approach, she is dedicated to ensuring the well-being of her patients through personalized care. In addition to primary care services, Kirsten also offers a range of aesthetic treatments, including Botox, chemical peels, microneedling, hydrofacials, and laser hair removal, helping clients look and feel their best. With her expertise, she blends medical care with aesthetics to support both health and confidence.
When she's not in the office you can be sure to spot her on the sidelines as the biggest fan of her four children who love to participate in sports!
Jeremy Lazorka PA-C
Jeremy is a dedicated physician assistant with over 12 years of experience in providing high-quality healthcare to adults aged 18 and older. Specializing in primary care, internal medicine, wellness and weight loss, he is committed to delivering patient-centered care and promoting overall wellness.
Jeremy received his Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Lock Haven University and is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). He has a strong background in managing chronic illnesses, conducting comprehensive assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans.
Passionate about patient education, Jeremy believes in empowering patients to take an active role in their health.

Danielle Thompson CRNP
Danielle Thompson is a highly skilled CRNP who brings a wealth of expertise and a patient-centered approach to care. She graduated with a Masters Degree from Simmons College in 2016 and is Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Danielle will be providing services for patients of all ages—from newborns to adults—ensuring comprehensive family care. She also specializes in women's health, offering a wide range of services to support your well-being.
When Danielle isn’t caring for patients, she loves spending her free time outdoors. She enjoys hiking, riding bikes, and making memories with her 7-year-old twins and 3-year-old daughter. Her commitment to family and adventure perfectly complements her dedication to helping others live healthy, happy lives.
